Scope

The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of GOVERNANCE AND POLICY. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Family & Private Law and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. ILE JGPR aims to promote savant excellence in the area of GOVERNANCE AND POLICY.
2. ILE JGPR aims to focus on legal issues currently being in GOVERNANCE AND POLICY as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
3. ILE JGPR aims to focusing on issues of GOVERNANCE AND POLICY, social justice and human rights, critique of the legal system, developments in alternative practice and community legal education.
